I make this every day for breakfast! No sugar, no flour, and no eggs!
-Ingredients:
1 cup raisins
2 cups rolled oats
3 heaped tablespoons flax seeds
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 apples
1 banana
1 cup milk (animal or plant-based)
-Preparation:
Soak raisins in warm water until softened.
In a bowl, mix together rolled oats, flax seeds, and baking powder. Add chopped walnuts and drained raisins.
Grate apples (unpeeled) into the mixture.
Mash banana and add to the bowl. Pour in milk and mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
